Meet our professional team!

Jessica’s experience as a teacher inspired her to create Tutors4you. She saw firsthand how students struggled to find the right tutor and how many qualified tutors struggled to find clients. She realized that there was a need for a platform that would connect students with the right tutors in a simple and efficient way.

In 2018, Jessica founded Tutors4you with the aim of making tutoring more accessible and convenient for everyone. She used her knowledge of the industry and her experience as a teacher to create a platform that would benefit both students and tutors.

Since then, Tutors4you has grown into a successful company, helping thousands of students find the right tutor and helping tutors connect with potential clients. Jessica’s dedication to education and her commitment to improving the tutoring industry has been instrumental in the company’s success.

Apart from her work, Jessica is an avid reader and writer. She has published several articles and essays on education and language learning. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new cultures.

Albert – Sales Team

Albert is a valued member of the Tutors4you team, working in the company’s operations and sales department. As hundreds of lessons are posted on the site each month, Albert plays a key role in supporting parents, schools, tutors, and students every step of the way.

In his role, Albert helps ensure a seamless experience from the moment a user first learns about Tutors4you through the booking process. He strives to provide exceptional customer service and works diligently to address any questions or concerns that users may have.

Gabriel – Head of Customer Support

I’m Gabriel, Head of Customer Support at Tutors4you, and I’ve dedicated my career to providing exceptional customer service. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, I have honed my skills in managing and training support teams, and I am proud to lead a team of talented and passionate support representatives.

My journey in support services began as a representative at a software development company. I quickly realized that I had a talent for helping people and finding solutions to their problems. This experience led me to explore different industries and work for different companies, gaining valuable knowledge and experience.

Today, as head of customer support at Tutors4you, I am responsible for ensuring that students, parents, and tutors using the platform receive the best support possible. My team and I work tirelessly to ensure that all requests receive a prompt response and that every customer feels heard and understood.

Empathy is at the core of my approach to customer support. I believe that every client has unique needs and deserves to be treated with respect and consideration. I have trained my team to actively listen, communicate clearly, and resolve customer issues quickly.
